使用方法
1. 睡前使用，只供外用
2. 擦乾鼻部皮膚，取一片鼻敏貼，撕去防黏紙後貼上鼻部
3. 要加強效果，可於貼上鼻貼後，用手指按壓印
堂穴、鼻通穴和迎香穴，各穴位輕壓五分鐘，效果更為明顯。
4.每晚敷貼不超過8小時為佳。
5. 每盒六片，連續貼1個月爲一療程（五盒）。
